Shipment Processing Times
Premade Products: Orders containing items labeled as "Premade" will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Pre-Order Products: Orders containing items labeled as "Pre-Order" may take 4-8 weeks to process and ship. Please exercise patience, as these items are made to order and require additional time for production.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. The delivery time and cost will depend on your selected shipping method and location.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on external factors such as carrier delays and holidays.

Shipping Rates

Lost or Damaged Shipments

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES ONCE THEY ARE DROPPED OFF TO OUR SHIPPING CARRIER. THAT RESPONSIBILITY IS NOW BETWEEN THE SHIPPING CARRIER AND THE CUSTOMER. FOR CLAIMS AND ISSUES WITH THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL UPS CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AT THE DELIVERY LOCATION ON THE DAY ITS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED. 

PLEASE VERIFY THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT WHEN ORDERING AND CONTAINS RIGHT APARTMENT NUMBER IF NECESSARY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. ITEMS STUCK IN TRANSIT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND NEED TO BE DEALT WITH THE SHIPPING PROVIDER .

IF YOUR ORDER IS RETURNED TO OUR FACILITY BY UPS DUE TO ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, YOU ARE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXTRA SHIPPING COSTS CORRELATED WITH YOUR ORDER.
